The Phelan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is a eleven-member volunteer board made up of community business owners, organization leaders and individuals. They provide guidance and counsel at the highest level towards achieving the mission of the Phelan Chamber of Commerce.

Michelle Hannon is a ten-year resident of Phelan. Currently a reporter for the Tri-Community NewsPlus monthly newspaper. She A certified Master Gardener and Composter and a graduate from the OAEC Garden Teacher Training program. During her eight years of volunteer work at the Phelan Elamenrty School garden and greenhouse, she created three garden areas, including a labyrinth, rose garden, and vegetable garden. Michelle is also the caretaker for the garden area around the Phelan Waterfall and, most recently, director and coordinator of the Community Teaching Garden located at the Phelan Community Park. She is dedicated to the beautification of our community and preserving the history of Phelan. As a small business owner, she believes in buying local and using services available in her community. | The mission of the Phelan Chamber of Commerce is to advocate economic progress and quality of life in the Phelan community and to cultivate a climate in which our rural lifestyle, commerce, industry, agriculture, and education will flourish. |
