The Phelan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is a eleven-member volunteer board made up of community business owners, organization leaders and individuals. They provide guidance and counsel at the highest level towards achieving the mission of the Phelan Chamber of Commerce.

It is hard for me to believe I have been in the community for over 32 years. As a teacher in our community and also as a partner in our many local events, I have grown to love and appreciate the spirit that makes our area special. There is something indeed special here, but what is it? It is a love of country and a love for our fellow neighbors that unite us all in service to one another. When I was asked to serve as Honorary Mayor, I was speechless. I said yes, of course, but if there is anything honorary at all, it is my honor to serve and truly give back to a community that has given me so very much. I am excited to see what we will all do together. | The mission of the Phelan Chamber of Commerce is to advocate economic progress and quality of life in the Phelan community and to cultivate a climate in which our rural lifestyle, commerce, industry, agriculture, and education will flourish. |
