The Phelan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is a nine-member volunteer board made up of community business owners, organization leaders and individuals. They provide guidance and counsel at the highest level towards achieving the mission of the Phelan Chamber of Commerce.

Rebecca Kujawa is a Special Education Instructional Associate for the Snowline Joint Unified School District. She has been employed with Snowline since 2008. She also has experience in finance thru her work at a credit union. Rebecca has been a member of the Phelan Chamber of Commerce since 2016 and has actively helped with Phelan Phamily Phun Days and other music events. Rebecca is dedicated to working with the youth in our area as well as bringing music and cultural events to our community. She was the President of Serrano Show Choir for four years and worked with the director and students to produce the Christmas Dinner Show, their biggest fundraiser of the year. She is currently the chairman for the Music in the Park events, bringing live music and food from local vendors to our area. Rebecca has lived in the area since 2004. Her children grew up here and graduated from Serrano High School. She has watched this community grow, and she strives to continue the progress while working with the chamber and other local organizations. Rebecca was appointed to the Phelan Pinon Hills Community Service District board as a Director in November 2019. In November of 2020, Rebecca was elected to the Board of Directors of the PPHCSD for a term of four years.
