 The Phelan Chamber of Commerce’s Tri-Community Giving Tree (formerly called Angel Tree) helps brighten the holidays for local children from families in need. Through the generosity of community members, local businesses, and organizations, children receive new gifts such as toys and clothing.

Each Giving Tree is decorated with ornaments, each showing a child’s first name, age, and wish list. Donors may select one or more ornaments, purchase appropriate gifts, and return them to the designated drop-off location. Giving Trees can be found at participating businesses throughout the Tri-Community. 

Gift Drive Application

Families who meet the requirements may be considered for the Gift Giving Program. Families must fill out an application and submit supporting documents on or before the deadline. Additional information and instructions can be found in the application. The application can be submitted online by clicking APPLY HERE below.

How To Help A Child This Christmas

"Gift Tags" Will Be Available November 25 - December 15, 2025

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! There are several locations around the Tri-Community where you can pick up "Gift Tags." Locations are listed below or look for a Gift Giving Program sign or a bright red box with a Christmas tree on top that is decorated with Gift Tag ornaments.

Pick a Drop Off Box, located at various locations around the Tri-Community.
Choose as many Gift Tag ornaments as you would like.
Purchase gifts for each child. Wish lists, clothing sizes, name, age, gender and Gift Number are located on the back of the ornaments.
Make sure you attach the Childs name and Number to each unwrapped gift.
Drop off the unwrapped gifts at any of the Gift Giving Program drop off locations or contact the chamber to arrange a drop off
