The Electronic Message Sign, owned and maintained by the Phelan Chamber of Commerce, is intended for the promotion of Chamber and community events.  In addition, members of the Phelan Chamber of Commerce can request messages to promote their businesses.  

1. Requests from Phelan Chamber Members must be made through the Phelan Chamber website and submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired start date, subject to approval.
2. Messages can run up to seven (7) consecutive days.
3. All usage is based entirely on availability, Chamber events take priority.  Each member can request a maximum of twelve (12) messages per year, subject to approval.
4. Requests from first time users will be given fair consideration over multiple requests by repeat users.
5. Messages can include a logo and message text.  Message parameters are given in the message request process online.
