Come out to Downtown Phelan and join the fun in your chosen way! 

                           - Dress up and walk your kids around Trick or Treating.  Local businesses, community

                              groups, and community members will be participating.

                           - Set up your decorated vehicle in a shopping center and pass out candy.  There is no

                              need to sign up to participate.

                           - Volunteer: The chamber will have volunteers at the corner of Sheepcreek and Phelan

                              Road to help keep crossing at the light safe.  Also an additional crosswalk will be

                              created at Clovis Road and Phelan Road to help pedestrians cross from The Phelan

                              Towne Square to The Phelan Village Shopping Center (Stater Brothers).  This additional

                              cross walk will be available only until 7pm.  For everyone's safety, after 7pm, please

                              cross at the corner of Phelan Road and Sheepcreek Road with the street light.
